Aspen Achievement Academy is a flexible length of stay program, with a minimum requirement of 35 days and an average stay of 49 days. As each student has an individualized treatment plan, the total length of stay is then tailored to fit the particular needs and issues of the child. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashiers check, or direct wire transfer. We also have agreements with various lending agencies that will finance private education loans for families that would like to choose a payment plan option.

Cost-Effective Loans

Many parents prefer to finance their child's stay through cost-effective loans. Financing your child's stay with cost-effective loans can allow you to make low monthly payments over a period of time. Loans are an attractive option for parents considering private treatment for their children.

Aspen Education Group is pleased to offer parents assistance with the loan process. Shauna Clark provides personal, hassle-free assistance throughout the loan process. She is often able to secure funding for all your expenses such as escort services, ancillaries, and enrollment fees.

Resonable interest rates (amortization over 10-20 years) will allow families to finance their child's stay with affordable monthly payments. In some instances payments can be deffered for up to 6 months. Loans have no prepayment penalty or cancellation fees. Shauna has personal experience with struggling teens and understands the additional burden the financial piece can bring.

Insurance

Aspen Achievement Academy is a licensed outdoor youth program for psychiatric and substance abuse treatment. Aspen contracts with some insurance companies and employee assistance programs. Champus, HMO and most Medicaid plans have traditionally not covered Aspen.

As a courtesy, Admissions Counselors can verify benefits upon receiving the application and at your request to assist families in obtaining coverage. Insurance companies usually require the patient to have a recent evaluation by a clinician who recommends placement in residential treatment. Insurance companies authorize treatment based on "medical necessity" for the residential treatment level of care.
